The home is located at 7464 E Capri Ave., it's a 3 bedroom around 1200 sqft, there is some peeling paint & dry rot areas of wood, so a conventional or cash buyer is needed to complete the transaction. Be aware these autions have minimum reserves set (just like EBay) meaning the sales price the bank is willing to sell the house at has been set- and it will not be disclosed. The sad thing is this home will most likely still be available after the auction ends having not sold.
