Well, we've lost another one- I never even had the chance to walk this builder's floorplans or models- must mean they were overpriced- cause I've had buyers in those areas looking, but I dont show homes that aren't in line with the rest of the market. Or they weren't marketing themselves in the flow of where Realtors would find them.
